Looking into the future

If you don't keep up to date with the news on the Softconnection web pages then you may have missed Softconnections latest press release. Softconnection and Tekes (which is is the Finnish funding agency for Technology and Innovation) have entered a partnership. This means that Softconnection will have extra resources to further develop our mobile solutions portfolio.

To let you in on what we plan to further develop is the SC BackUp software. I strongly believe that there are many opportunities to further expand into the mobile backup software market and this is what Softconnetion intends to do. This is no big secret, I know who our competitors are and what they have to offer but I also know what Softconnection offers. Many of our competitors still use sync ml technology for their backup service and their service is intended for data sharing. Users can only backup their contacts and then share them over the net to friends. Also backing up mobile data is one thing but restoring phone data to it's original state is another. I challenge readers of my blog to test a number of backup services including Softconnections SC BackUp application and judge for yourselves which application is the best!

SC BackUp is a pure over the air backup that can backup and recover more mobile data then most of other backup products, and also I know from testing many competitors products that SC BackUp is a far user friendly application. This said I am very proud in the current SC BackUp version, and also confident that with the Tekes partnership the future versions of our SC BackUp application will be right up at the forefront of mobile backup technology.
