What Softconnection is all about

As I promised, I will share more intimate details about Softconnection and it's products in the first few posts.

Softconnection is a mobility software solutions company with its roots in Finland. The experienced team provides mobile software and services for the mobile devices.

There has been significant technology development in mobility related infrastructure and mobile terminals. As of today, reliable, high bandwidth and less expensive data transmission capability is available in the principal marketplaces (North America, Europe and Asia). Also, there are a number of mobile terminals available with the capability to execute applications tailored to a specific need and which require the storage of large amounts of data.

As a consequence, both corporations as well as private consumers store more and more sensitive data on their mobile handsets (such as contact information, calendar events, and memos).

Softconnection delivers end-to-end and stand-alone mobile applications for mobile terminal users that take advantage of the most up to date mobile technology and IT-solutions already available for the customers. Softconnection offers expertise in the areas of mobile data backup, data encrypting, smart phone software and mobile business solutions. Softconnection delivers mobile solutions and products for customers in professions such as Telco operators, ASP partners and international corporations.

The Company’s high scalability technology allows Softconnection the opportunity to target a wider customer base: from mobile phone producers, operators and ASP partners to medium and large corporations.

Softconnection Mobility Platform architecture is designed to be a modular approach where new features can be added easily and smoothly. Platform supports many type of connectivity technologies, integration/adaptation with legacy systems, core functionalities and special technologies.
